The Caillouet Building

The Caillouet Building, also known as the Riviere Building, was built in circa 1900 and was extensively renovated to return the luster and grandeur of this magnificent building to historic downtown Thibodaux. The Caillouet Building provides a space that is perfect for proposal meetings, training sessions, board meetings and other corporate events. The facility features over 2,200 sq. ft. of meeting space and a seating capacity of 55 with conference table for 10. Amenities include: ADA-compliant restroom, elevator access, two 72" televisions with Apple TV and HDMI connectivity, 4-speaker sound system, and more! Additionally, the downstairs lobby is ideal for pre-meeting gatherings, with access to restrooms and a kitchen area!
