Upside Downs invites you to join them at the Bayou Country Children's Museum for the third annual 3.21 Down Syndrome Dash. The full-day event includes a 5K run, live music from Nonc Nu & Da Wild Matous and Bucktown All Stars, children's activities, a jambalaya cook-off, and more.

9:00 a.m. – 5k start time
10:00 a.m. – .11 dash for children and friends with Down Syndrome
10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. – Live Music
